Use single live chat widget for multiple websites

Step 1

Go to the side menu. From the Components drop-down menu, select chat widget

Step 2

Select the respective live chat widget which will be installed on multiple websites

 

 

 

Step 3

In the Widget Whitelist field, add multiple website URLs in the only below following format.

For example – https://www.example1.com,https://www.example.com

Note: Make sure you don’t add forward slash in the end of the website URL.
