Step 1

Once you log in, select users from the side menu and click on add user button.  

add a new agent  

Step 2

Add agent’s details like name, email, user name, etc.

Step 3

Personalize the profile by adding an avatar and give  permissions to standard responses, file management, etc

Step 4

Set permissions for key areas

Step 5

Set working hours

Step 6

Update the agent with login information and URL to get started engaging visitors.
